Booking terms

• • All bookings are confirmed once payment is arranged or a booking confirmation is sent.
• • A valid email address is required so we can send a confirmation and booking reference.
• • Please ensure your selected parking location is accessible to the mobile service team.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations or no-shows at our discretion.

Payment

Service prices are shown on our pricing page and confirmed during booking. Payment terms will be communicated when your appointment is booked.

Liability

We take care to provide professional mobile detailing. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left in the vehicle unless otherwise agreed.
